40 min yoga sess in the side vestibule of ARCH2.
as organised, mesured body parts and glass door window with liquid crystal thermometers, indoor temperature with glass thermometer and outdoor air temperature with a digital probe.
it was cloudy at 9am but the suns path was still recorded.
the light reflected off my body and illuminated the wall when i was in upright posures.
the light was low when i was in lung postures.
the temperature of the exterior varied from ~14C to ~15C.
my body movement highered the temperature in the space 2C, and the glass surface 2C. the glass surface and air temperature raised proportionately.
my core maintained temperature most accurately, and the temperature of my arm is higher than that of my core, and legs.
i can chart out the sun path and see the natural heating of the building throughout the day of the room, without influence of a moving body.
i wonder how i can amplify the variation in temperature of the ground, walls and air by using some type of amplification tool in accordance with my body. and maybe a large variation in temperature will start to create a more noticable microclimate, etc fog on the windows which then, with a new condition, can start to discuss a change in the way one approaches, percieves, (uses hopefully) the space. the change in climate may suggest a change in program.
