I am studying Laban and question why I am so interested in human movement. I know human movement in time is the basis for definitive space. I know human movement can be analysed through geometries of the principal scale, and annotation of choreutics. This analysis is important in understanding the inner attitudes of the person in movement, and the instinctual attitudes of the human race.

The connection between movement and architecture is so obvious but difficult for me to develop because I cannot translate the maker of living architecture, (people forming trace-forms through movement) to a material state (architecture) to develop an organic process of program..

How does Laban inform my architectural work?
What do I want people to do in my project?
